We’ve all felt the force of a habit. Whether it be your morning routine that seems to just happen, or perhaps the predictable way you respond to stress. We see it especially in our New Year’s Resolutions, perhaps more appropriately titled “January Resolutions”— because that’s how long they usually last. Whatever happens to those people who make it past January with their resolution? What if they discover a different side of the force of habit — its force to change a life? Whether it’s a new exercise regiment or the elimination of some vice, in a very real sense, change a habit and you’ve changed a life.
