First Monday of every month at 6:45 pm in the Edge 56 room

As a mother of a LGBTQ child, you may have concerns as this part of parenthood is navigated. On the first Monday of every month at 6:45 PM in room EDGE 56, moms gather for prayerful support and discussion. There is no agenda, no curriculum, and no judgement; just fellowship and genuine caring.

This once-a-month gathering seeks to encourage and connect Christian moms of lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender and queer children. It is our goal to support and unify mothers and children through unconditional love in a Christ-honoring way. Parenting a LGBTQ child does not have to be lonely. We moms share this path with you and together look to God for guidance and direction, especially with our faith convictions. Anonymity is assured in an effort to make this a safe place to share our hearts. Contact us for more info >

The Prison Ministry provides care to men, women and juveniles who are incarcerated. We visit and pray with inmates, facilitate chapel services, prayer meetings and classes, and provide reentry planning. With more care ministers (like you!), we envision Journey extending care to those within our own church who have loved ones that are incarcerated. All ministry members undergo appropriate orientation and training.

“Continue to remember those in prison as if you were together with them in prison.” Hebrews 13:3
