Sundays 9:00 – 10:30 AM, Plaza Room
January 22 – February 26
Our Journey Workshops are the best way to get connected in this large community we call Journey. During our six interactive sessions we will explore the ESSENTIAL relationships, practices and experiences that will enable you to get the most out of all that we have to offer in our community at Journey. The fifth session provides a chance to learn about opportunities at Journey for small groups, classes and serving, as well as to discern your next step on our community’s Pathway of movement toward Jesus as His disciples.
Open Your Bible – The Overarching Story of the Bible
Tuesdays 6:30, Side Room
January 24 – February 21, No class on February 14
People around the world read the Bible every week but miss the main point – resulting in confusion and even error! We will “Open Our Bibles” by studying the Scriptures together and get a four week overview of “Biblical Theology.” Theology is the study of God, and we will cover 1. The need for Biblical Theology, 2. What exactly is Biblical Theory, 3. What is the Bible’s Big Story (part 1 and 2.) You will undoubtedly learn something new; we guarantee it!
Financial Peace University

Tell your money where to go instead of wondering where it went! Financial Peace University is a nine lesson class designed to help you build a budget, dump debt, grow your wealth, and leave money stress behind. Each lesson is based on biblical wisdom and common sense.
Loving Jesus Together: An Introduction to Discipleship for Young Families
Sundays 9am, Side Room
January 22 – February 12
Between diaper changes, soccer games, dance recitals, church events, family gatherings and a million other competitors for our time and attention, it seems like we have no time or energy to intentionally teach our kids how to love Jesus, or to even think about it! Join us for a four week class that will present a biblical, practical, and flexible framework for family discipleship that can serve you as you lead your family in loving Jesus.
Practicing the Way: Sabbath
Wednesdays 6:15 – 7:45 pm, Plaza Room
January 22 – February 12
The Sabbath is a twenty-four-hour time period set aside to stop, rest, delight, and worship. In our era of chronic exhaustion, emotional unhealth, and spiritual stagnation, few things are more necessary than the recovery of this ancient practice. In week 1, we set a time to sabbath, develop a beginning and ending ritual, and enter into a few Sabbath activities. In week 2, we learn to prepare well for the Sabbath, develop self-chosen boundaries around the day, and face whatever emotions arise. In week 3, we throw a Sabbath feast with our community and learn to give a full day each week to joy. In week 4, we pause throughout the Sabbath day to come back to God and learn to deepen our surrender to and love for God.

The Bible says in Acts 17:18, “For in HIM we live and move and have our being.” The word yoga means “to yoke” or “unite.” In Yoga Faith, we “yoke” ourselves to the Trinity as scriptures are spoken over us while being guided through breath prayers and postures. We create a safe space for whatever God has for you. All levels and genders and welcome and no prior experience is necessary. Come as you are! No need to sign up. More info >
