Help us provide Thanksgiving meals for 350+ families!
Food and housing prices keep climbing, so it’s been another tough year for many families. Like years past, we are planning to support our local community, senior citizens, and Journey families in need at the Journey Food Bank Distributions. Each family will be provided with the elements necessary for preparing a Family Thanksgiving Dinner. We provide the food, allowing the families “to gather ‘round the stovetop”, preparing their Thanksgiving meal together.
Here’s how you can help! We anticipate providing over 350 complete meals. We’ll take care of the turkeys, and would love your help with providing the fixin’s.
Donations accepted through Friday, November 14th.
Please drop off any of the following non-perishable food donations in one of the drums located around campus (worship center, food bank, church office, thrift store).

• potatoes (box)
• green beans (canned)
• mushroom soup
• French onions
• gravy
• cranberry sauce
• pumpkin (canned)
• evaporated milk
• dessert (box)
Thank you for your continued regular food donations (we always have collection bins available in front of the church office and thrift store.)

Thanksgiving is just a few weeks away! If you need a hand this holiday, we’d like to invite you to our drive-through
Thanksgiving Turkey Meal Distribution on Saturday, Nov 15th at 8:30 am.
We’ll provide you with a turkey and the fixin’s.
Just show up!*
*All our distributions are drive-through service. Please arrive no earlier than 1.5 hours before posted distribution times. Early arrivals will be directed off-campus until line opens. Please remain in your car and follow directives from the Food Bank personnel. We will provide pre-packed bags only. Remember to arrive on time, because once the line has been helped, the Food Bank will close.
*We have a limit of serving one family per car unless you’re able to verify separate households. If you’re carpooling with another family, please bring your ID and address verification so that we can verify assistance for multiple families.
