Join us for “The Daniel Plan”, which is NOT some fad or diet plan, but a Biblical approach to achieving a healthy lifestyle by optimizing the 5 key essentials of faith, food, fitness, focus, and friends. This is not a new diet fad, or guilt driven workout pressure, nor is it a “do it all now” approach. This 6 week plan walks you through how focusing on these 5 essentials can change your life….one choice at a time. (This is for both men and women and childcare is available if needed).

Lisa Barlow, the host of this class, has definitely “been there” with her health in a decline not so long ago. Four years ago, she lost 82 lbs and set out on a mission to transform her body (and mind) from obese and depressed to being full of vitality and health.Since God often uses our stories to help others, Lisa is honored to partner with you and share what she’s learned through her struggles and encourage you that it’s possible to change for the long haul.
