Connecting with God & OthersWomen's ministry
We believe that everyone is designed for deep, meaningful relationships with God and others. In other words, church isn’t really about attending “services,” it’s about building relationships.
Women’s Ministries desires to provide a variety of ways to simply connect women to God and to each other. Think of it like an umbrella with the word “Connection” on it and under that umbrella are options for this to happen! In a big church like Journey, it’s easy to get lost in the crowd! But, we don’t want that to happen and the truth is, we really do need each other.
Tuesdays from 6:30 — 8:30 pm or on Wednesdays from 9:30–11:30 am in The Corner Room.

Journey women, please come join us as we start a new 7 week series/Bible study titled, “Gospel on the Ground, the Grit and Glory of the Early Church”. Come along with Biblical culturalist, Kristi McLelland, as she unpacks the life of the early church in the book of Acts and shows us that the kingdom of God is always on the move, always looking outward to bring meaning and joy to a world searching for true fulfillment and hope. Explore the call of Jesus to His disciples then and to us today. See how God’s Word can sustain us even in the most difficult of times and embrace the transformative grace we experience as children of God in His kingdom. You will gain deeper insight into the Biblical world, including fresh perspectives on familiar or even not so familiar Bible stories. This series will enable you to find deep purpose and meaning at the table of God and find joy in communal aspect of faith and also see how God’s redemptive purposes are unstoppable in the book of Acts.
