Last weekend everyone from middle school ministry through kids’ ministry received a box to decorate and bring home. The purpose of this little food box is to collect and raise money for two weeks for a mission focus area at the Generations Ministries Generous Family Night on November 20th from 5:30-8:30pm.
Generous Family Night is going to be a fun filled night of worship and a series of stations designed to instill a heart of generosity. Each family will bring their filled decorated boxes to this night. After visiting each of the stations, the families will then head out to Grossmont Center and purchase a gift for one of three mission areas: Haiti, Mexico, and/or Hope for the Homeless.
