Logging In + Signing Up
If you already have a username and password for Journey:Connect, simply click the login bar at the top of this page and enter your information there.
If you don’t have a username and password, use the login menu at the top of the page and click “Sign Up.” Fill out the short form, and you’ll soon receive an email with your login and password information.
Updating your Profile
Check your profile information to see if your address, email and phone numbers are correct. On the Home tab click “Go to My Profile” under your name on the right hand side. If you are updating information for yourself, choose “Edit Profile.” If you are updating information for your entire family, click on “Edit Family Profile.” Remember, the more completely you fill in your profile, the more Journey:Connect can match you with events, groups, and serving opportunities to meet your interests and skills.
We recognize that your information is important and private. Therefore, you control what information you share with others on Journey:Connect. In order to change the privacy settings, click the “Settings” link in the top right corner and choose “Privacy Settings.” You’ll find instructions and be able to fine tune your personal privacy settings from this page.
The Help Desk
Have a question about how to use Journey:Connect? You can find your answer at the Help Desk. After you’ve logged in, click the word “Help” in the upper right corner. In the “Search Help” box, type in “Help Desk”. Here you can choose topics or there is a search field on the right. If you can’t find your answer, don’t hesitate to contact us. We’ll be happy to help!
