What is your biggest passion?
Worship music. I love our worship team and their love of the Lord. The music is very contemporary and works for the youngest to the oldest listener. I also have a passion of animals.
What does it mean to you to be a Christ follower?
To love the Lord and to treat everyone else the way I would want to be treated. To serve every week so that others can find a home at Journey.
When was a time you took a risk with your faith?
When I did My Journey I invited my best friend to come to church. She did not believe in going to church. She did not grow up in a home where they went to church. So was very reluctant to come but she did. For me to get up in front of the whole church and telling everyone how Jesus had changed my life was a risk to our friendship. We are still best friends and she respects my commitment to my faith.
